AN ABSOLUTE GEM in town
friendly staff stellar upgrade great organization wonderful gesture
The staff IS super friendly and always ready TO assist! My room had a stellar upgrade, and it looks fine. Cleanliness and organization are great. SO happy about it. The way they prepare the room and give gifts every time is a wonderful gesture. I LOVED it.
The room service is a big NO. I think they need to improve it. The food quality was really poor. They said sorry BUT didn't do anything to fix things.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed and separate seating area. The bathroom featured premium toiletries and fluffy towels. Climate control in the room allowed for personalized temperature settings. SUCH a good touch.

Staff at the front desk offered efficient check-in and check-out services. Concierge services helped a lot with restaurant reservations and local transportation. Daily housekeeping ensured the room remained tidy and well-stocked. SO NICE.

The hotel provided convenient access to upscale shopping areas and fine dining. Public transportation stops were within walking distance. How convenient. The area felt safe and quiet, even during peak hours. LOVED THAT.

absolute excellence at this gem
attentive staff fast valet tranquil location
i just loved how attentive the staff was! valet service was so fast, i never waited. breakfast had every single thing i wanted from the buffet plus the menu. the location is really tranquil and peaceful.
My room key felt a little old school and heavy, like a gym weight. I had to hand it over every time i left or entered. i prefer digital entry, i think it enhances privacy.

Every staff member was so kind and helpful. They always had smiles. the concierge made every reservation we asked for. álvaro at the front desk and adria were multi task gentlemen who helped on everything.

the room had soft bedding and pillows that were class. i found the interior design really fine. the bed and mattress were so soft, i slept great. there was also a nice desk in the room.

The hotel sits in an excellent location of the barrio salamanca. it is near a hotspot, you may say. it's a short walk to the prado museum, around 30 minutes. the bus station is just 5 minutes away. I easily traveled to bilbao.

I loved the breakfast. Everything was yummy and the coffee was great. breakfast room service was fast and good. we had the set dinner for 4 with friends, it was excellent. complementary wine was appreciated.
